What is the problem with self-hosted CMS and Chrome Player?
Everything works with Chrome Player on Xibo’s own CMS (Enterprise Version).
If I switch to self-hosted CMS in Chrome Admin (the same players and settings in the Chrome Admin area), I can connect and authorize the players, but the content does not load.
I urgently need help. Does anyone have any experience with this?
Were you ever able to get this resolved? I am having the exact same problem but support pointed me at the forums as they cannot help with self hosted CMS I am told.
The problem has not yet been resolved. The Xibo employee has identified a problem, but I have not yet received any feedback from him regarding the current status.
This is still being investigated by the support team to see if there is a problem with the ChromeOS Player. If an issue is identified we will update with the bug report here.
