Cant start docker-compose

this it is the error when i try to start docker-compose up -d the first time
ERROR: In file ‘./docker-compose.yml’ service ‘version’ doesn’t have any configuration options. All top level keys in your docker-compose.yml must map to a dictionary of configuration options.

I have chaning the name on config.env and the read and write is set downt no whats wrong.
