Can't run "Report Fault" - Table ‘performance_schema.session_variables’ doesn’t exist

Issue

Hi, we run in some problems. Only Super Admins can edit layouts, other users run into problems when a file from the library used in a region. So I, a Super Admin, try to run “Report Fault” but get this error:

SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table ‘performance_schema.session_variables’ doesn’t exist

What can I do? Maybe this is related from the update from CMS 2.x to 3.x some weeks ago.

When I’m in the mysql cli of the sql docker container and run “SHOW VARIABLES;”, I get the same error:
ERROR 1146 (42S02): Table ‘performance_schema.session_variables’ doesn’t exist

I try to fix it by using the commands from this website:Table 'performance_schema.session_variables' doesn't exist - Ian Carnaghan
But I don’t have the root password. Any Ideas?
