Cant launch a campaign with mp4

Hello everybody,

I open this topic after some tests with campaign that have a video inside (mp4), not any issue with the previzualised layout or campaign.

However, when i try to launch my campaign on my Windows display the campaign doesn’t seems to load.
When i check the file library on my display i see the mp4 file but when i start the player (i reschedule the campaign 3 times to be sure i have selected the good display) it play the older campaign, like the new one doesn’t have been downloaded at all.

Does anyone have encountered this kind of issue ?
