Cannot Upload Any Media

Hi,

We have difficult issue when we try to upload some media like image and video those days,
We got error message like picture below :

Error message shows “Unknown error”

We are now using 1.8.1 version with docker in linux server. And I try 1.8.2 version, it had the same error neither.

We can normally upload files before, but from the beginning two days we can not upload.

How can we solve this? Any suggestion?

The Docker containers should resolve any permissions issues when they are created. I would down and up the containers and see if that resolves the issue, assuming you can see the media you have uploaded already in the “shared/cms/library” directory, and a current database backup in “shared/backup/db/latest.tar.gz”
