Cannot set the next Layout from the Schedule. Empty Schedule

Hi Team,

we are using a white label and perpetual android player license. Since several days, we are getting the following error message in a lot our our player:
Cannot set the next Layout from the Schedule. Empty Schedule
All the scheduled layout aren’t empty. The same schedule is working on other player but not on some players. Our displays are deployed in several sites and we manage them from a centralized CMS in the cloud.

Does somebody know how to fix this ?

If you’ve not done so already, as a Cloud customer you’re entitled to support from our Service Desk. If you open a ticket there they can take a look at the CMS directly and assist you.
