Cannot select Custom Dayparting when scheduling from the layout

Issue

When trying to schedule a layout from the layout editor, we cannot set custom times. The input boxes and calendar icons do not bring up the date picker, and data cannot be entered manually.

Scheduliung custom times seems to work from all other ways to schedule, just not from inside the layout editor

Scheduling add form on the layout page prevents users from modifying the start a…nd end times of a custom daypart. Steps to Reproduce - Navigate to the layout page. - Attempt to schedule a layout. - Select the layout and click on the Schedule. - When the schedule form opens, select the display then select Next. - Now select a daypart. Choose Custom then, uncheck `Use relative time`. - Try to change the start time or end time for this custom daypart. Expected behaviour The system should allow users to successfully change the start and end times for a custom daypart when scheduling from the layout page. Actual behaviour The system does not allow changing the start and end times for a custom daypart when scheduling from the layout page.
