Cannot Add ROWS to Dataset

I don’t seem to be able to Add Rows to current or new datasets. When the button is pressed, the cog whirls next to the dataset name then…nothing. If I try to import a file with more rows than the dataset has it fails with ‘Could not add DataSet Data’. The datasets themselves are displaying the current data correctly. I’m using W10 Home with chrome 48.0.2564.109 m (64-bit) with Xibo Version 1.7.6.

Also, I’m unsure how to upload the troubleshoot file as it saves as a txt file which is not allowed.

So it seems like a CMS issue, any (X) on report fault page?

You can upload your troubleshoot.txt to dropbox/similar and share with us, you might want to edit any sensitive data from it before you post it.

hmm “PHP version 5.3.3 or later required. Detected 5.3.28” Could you perhaps try to update your php version?

Sorry to take so long to respond. Unfortunately my efforts to update PHP resulted in a non-functioning computer, but it’s back up and running now. Are you able to point me to a reliable walkthru on how to successfully update my PHP without bricking the computer? Greg.
