Can Xibo play 4K resolution with windows player

Hi,

i’ve set up a resolution of 4096 x 2160 (close to 4k) as the displays we are using run this resolution.
Next i’ve created a background image with the same resolution and placed some text and also the weather-widget into the layout.

Playing this layout now by windows player (1.8.2) on our displays results in fuzzy representation, all fonts and also the icons have no sharp edges.

Anything else what needs to be setup to run higher resolutions?

Is the Windows PC that you use and screen capable of displaying such resolution?

Do you have this resolution set in display settings (in Windows)?
If it is Windows 10, perhaps also ensure that ‘Change the size of text, apps and other items’ is set to 100%.

Perhaps also try to set it like that in display settings -> display profile (In Xibo CMS).
