suppose i have 4 zones in 3 zones i am running a url and in the last zone i want to add a web cam ,
so is it possible to add a web cam in that last zone. if its possible then how to to that.
Xibo does not support displaying a webcam view directly. To be able to display the webcam in your Layout, you would need to create a stream from the webcam that you can use via the Local Video or HLS Widgets, depending on the stream and Player type you are using.
The type of stream you will need to set up will depend on the Player you are using. If you are using an Android Player, you can use RTSP, for Windows you would need to use HLS. You can stream from an RTSP stream using the Local Video Widget, for HLS there is a HLS widget.
You may find that these Widgets are not installed by default. To install them, select the Modules option in your CMS and click on the Install Modules button. You will be able to choose the Widgets from the list.
Once your steam is setup, you will need to enter the URL for the stream into either the HLS or Local Video Widget in your region for the stream.
