All of a sudden, our screenshots have been all black and the files are 1kb in size.
Not sure what’s going on. Our xibo players are working correctly and do not have blank screens at the screen shot moment.
Help!
If the content on the screens being displayed is video, you will see a black screen on the screen shot. This is sue to video being hardware accelerated.

The linked thread mentions Android. If i’m having the issue on only certain windows players… Would that still be linked to hardware acceleration?
I would believe so, as hardware acceleration should work the same. I have never tried to see what happens if you disable the hardware acceleration. But I would think the trade off would be undesirable.
