I managed to solve it. Turns out, the video editing software we used exported the video in a broken resolution. While the video file SEEMED to be the correct resolution, it wasnt. Thank you for the help regardless. All this trial and error to fix it has given me a good insight into how the CMS work…

IMHO it would be good to start naming video editing software that is not producing good video exports for Xibo players of any type.
