Best Docker Installation Base OS

Have always ran and utilized custom installs, but thinking of switching to Docker. What is the recommended OS for docker ?

I see they have windows, CentOS, Ubuntu, and more … any differences in them ? Any advantages ?

Will need to import 3 different xibo installations and have them run from subdomains from the main domain.

i.e.
main domain > WP
2nd.maindomain > xibo
3rd.maindomain > xibo

We recommend Ubuntu 18.04 LTS 64 bit, basically what we mention here CMS Installation Service
is what we would recommend for the docker installation.
