Bad Request on CMS

We recently had an power outage in our town, which shut our screens off three times. (within a 15 minute period)
We turned them back on and XIBO wont connect anymore.

We have tried to type the CMS Address and CMS Key in again and still wont log on… Saying Bad Gateway. (See Photo)

Anyone else experiencing this? if so how did you over come this obstacle.

Could you clear your display cache in CMS (Edit&Save display record on Displays page).

Open player options, point to the CMS with https (you really should be using https in our Cloud) and see if it connects.

I had the same issue. I uninstall the client and make sure to delete the Xibo Library folder with any content in it if it still exists after uninstall. Reboot devise, fresh install the client. It will take 10-15 minutes for the entire process. Of course, you have to assign the permission in the cloud CMS as you’re installing a new display device.
