Automatic Import of a TXT.file?

Hello,

we would like to display a voucher of the day (wifi password).
Therefore we have a txt file (csv would be also possible) which contains the password.
Everyday there is a new password, so we generate a new txt file.
Im looking for an option either to automatically upload the txt. file to our library or to read the txt file from local share. i read somethin about import with api but unfortunately im not used to it so maybe there is an other option.
Can anyone help me here?

I have same issue, did you receive any help on this?

-Save the password in a DataSet (Xibo CMS).
OR

  • Install a web server like XAMPP.
    -Open Firewall ports.
    -You can add it as a Web Page in Xibo CMS, the link will be

http://ip/fileName.txt

http://192.168.0.12/password.txt
