Assign Button a link

[HS_Infomonitor]

I´m using Ubuntu at the moment and i created a button in the top nav of the xibo launcher via Database change.
Now I´d like to point the button on my own php site.
I already moved my php into the var/www/xibo/lib/app folder.
How can i do this ?
