but how this way is applicable for tv channel instead of camera, for android client?

You can simply give the url of your IPTV stream instead of the RTSP Url of the camera(it can be for example http stream or rtp/udp)
Anyway if your stream doesn’t work it depends on the hardware you’re using (if the android OS you’re using supports to play the stream or not, it’s independent of xibo android)
