I have got an Android device which has the version 1.8 and version code 104
My CMS is currently 1.8.11, is there any chance to auto upgrade this device?
I mean,
can i somehow send the installation package via CMS?

You sure can, assuming that the player is rooted then it will upgrade via this method as well.
