When you use a Dataset View widget in a layout design you are given the option to “Show the table headings” under the Configuration tab. Some customers want those headings to show names with accents or the letter Ñ and it’s hard for them to understand that something called MySQL prevents them from choosing the words they want.
It would be great if the CMS could store the column name as it is written (as a string) and internally escape/sanitize it for the creation of the necessary MySQL tables.
