Hi, i just came back from my vacation and got 198 mails that all players have the issue “XXX is downloading 1 files too many times” and the file is “fonts.css”, i cant seem to assign either since its a systemfile. How do i fix this issue?
Edit: I tried to rebuild all fonts and verify all modules.
That’s rather odd, as you say that indeed is a module file that more than likely was already downloaded on all your displays.
Could you check the Manage page for this display and make sure that fonts.css file is correctly downloaded?
Since you did verify all modules, I believe that should force the display to download/check all module files (including that one).
It’s most likely downloaded then, you can clear your display cache and then next time it connects to the CMS (collection interval) there should be a checkmark for this file on Manage page.
Hi, i cleared the cache and it worked for a while, but this morning i got 6 emails saying all the player is downloading 1 files too many times. I checked the manage tab and its still the fonts.css that is waiting to be downloaded, is there a way to force it?
