I am getting the following error, when it start the webserver.

How can I correct this

It’s a warning not an error. It’s quite normal in this scenario.

But the PowerShell page doesn’t seem to continue just sitting, as shown in the enclosed PNG file. do I just close the PowerShell and try to login

You missed the -d from your up command.
