I am an enterprise admin and wants to schedule / force a campaign to all displays.
I want the display admins to have “View Permissions Only” to the campaign.
Se attached image. The display admins have this “View Permission Only” lock icon. This is how it looked like a month ago. Now I am really struggling to schedule layouts / campaigns with “View Permission Only”. No matter what I try, the display admins have all rights and are able to delete my campaign from their schedule.
What options / permissions do I have to do, to force my campaign to all displays without ability for my display admins to delete my campaign from theire display?
The ‘Schedule with view permissions?’ setting only does the following:
Should users with View permissions on displays be allowed to schedule to them?
To get this ‘lock’ on the schedule page, you’d need to have a user with only view permissions to a display and to disable the ‘Schedule with view permissions?’ setting.
If a user has edit permissions to a display and access to the schedule page they will be able to remove the event.
Alternatively, you could remove permissions to schedule page for your display admins, as I assume they do not need it?

As you can see in my attached image, earlier, I have managed to schedule a layout with “View Permisions Only” to displays.
As you can see from the image, the Display Admin have allso added 1 “allways showing” and 1 “Single display” layouts. The Display Admin have no permissions to delete / unschedule “my forced” layout. Display Admin has only rights to delete the layouts scheduled by himself.
