Access Denied for new user Xibo

I’m trying to create new basics user, but when i want to connect myself with a new account, i have this error message :

What can i do?

I need to present the soft in my company tommorow afternoon.

You need to ensure that the user you have created has the correct permissions to see the homepage selected for this user, using the Page Security settings.
Copy the Page Security settings for the User Group to apply to this user directly or to the User Group that you have assigned this User to.
