403 Forbidden Error

I am running the following command to setup a new Xibo server, but am getting an error.
curl -fsSL https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu/gpg | apt-key add -

Error is: “The requested URL returned error: 403”
No valid OpenPGP could be found.

Is there something wrong with the site? It was working yesterday.

I can ping other sites. My network connection is working fine.
