1.8 alpha 2 configuration error

I have been using 1.7.6. I have a test server setup for 1.8 alpha 2. I get a configuration error after attempting to setup path to media library. I can not continue nor can I go back.

Configuration Error

Problem moving provided file into the Library Folder

The path in the address bar is /web/login.

Database has been created and I attempted to input the path in the settings table. What can I do to either restart or resume the installation?

Sorry I got it…I mistyped the path to the server root.
