I installed Xibo 4.0.13 on my server with OS Windows 2019. Everything was installed but the ZeroMQ library. Can somebody provide instructions on how to make ZeroMQ works on Windows 2019 Server with PHP 8.2?

I think we are not lot of peaple to use Windows Server installation method.
We prefer Docker or Linux.

Wait to see if anyone has already been blocked with XMR for Windows Server.
