You can create a Youtube playlist and embed this in a region, yes.
If this is what you mean?
If you want to manage the video’s directly then you might want to use www.youtube.com/tv and you can use your tablet to show and change video’s.

I can autoplay a single video with this : Autoplay Embedded Youtube Videos
but a playlist not
