XIbo Windows player actions in layout. Going 4 layouts deep

Xibo CMS version 3.0.6 and Windows 10 running Player version R302.4-302
I’m trying to create 4 layouts that have a region with a Touch/Click trigger that will navigate to the next layout, going 4 layouts deep. This works from Layout 1 to Layout 2, but not from Layout 2 to Layout3, or Layout 3 to Layout 4.
It works in the CMS with Preview Layout.
Am I missing something?
