Xibo V4, IIS on Windows server 2016, ZeroMQ not recognised by CMS

Hi all,
I’ve been racking my brain on this one this week and slowing getting success until now. I’ve had Xibo V1.79 installed for afew years and looking to upgrade to V4.
i’ve got the following working successfully:

  • V4 hosted on the same IIS server under different application Pool
  • using PHP 8.2.10
  • ZMQ PHP is registered and confirmed working
  • when installing Xibo CMS i get all ticks on the pre-installation page
  • have XMR running in CMD window with Hearbeats every 5 seconds by no activity
  • settings for Public and Private addresses setup in CMS
  • have successfully added a display, it downloads content but only displays the Xibo Splashscreen.

display just states its still downloading content but it has downloaded all files required for the layout assigned to it.

any help with this one?

so update - i’ve been testing with a linux client running Ubunutu. it downloads layout files fine but doesnt display the layout itself.
if i run up a Windows client it works fine.
but still no communication messages through the XMR window while its running.
