Hello,

working server no problems … then screenshots wont save …

checked the system and it shows

" Library Location " = /root/Folder\

system auto changed the trailing " / " to " \ "

when “Request screenshot” through the CMS, nothing is actually saved to the server.

Screenshots get saved to the screenshots sub directory of the library. Can you confirm there’s nothing in there? Check that the user your webserver is running as has permission to write to that directory too.
