Debian 11.11 with Plesk Obsidian v18 and Litespeed 6.3.1

Issue

Please describe in detail the issue you are experiencing, including any errors shown in the Logs section of the CMS.

After installation, I should get the login-screen, but instead I get the message:
“The CMS is temporarily offline due to an update in progress. Please check with your system administrator for updates or refresh the page in a few minutes.”

The logs show an error:

• 443] MIME type [application/x-httpd-php] for suffix ‘.php’ does not allow serving as static file, access denied!

My guess is that something isn’t working right because of the use of Litespeed?

Did the same fresh install on another Plesk Server.
Tried different PHP-versions.
This server has Apache and Nginx.
Same error…

I tried it all over with version 4.1.2.
That worked just fine.
I guess something is wrong with v4.2 ?

if you are using xibo in PRODUCTION …please run back to 3.3.12 and player v3 30.9…3.3.12 is not far from v2.3.17. v4 has minor to major issues… CMS and the players. i just tested player from v2, v3 and v4 and met some of the issue reported here… RSS FEED not showing or RSS FEED shows without image.

i had this similar issue you are talking about. i didnt roubleshoot it as i was running through all the versions to pick what is best for me and my v2 2.3.17.
I suggest you edit the config.env and add MYSQL_USER=cms (or your preferred name as typed in docker-compose,yml then start the container again
