We have just released our latest Xibo for Android release. This release comes with seven enhancements and fixes.
Enhancements & Fixes
- Config: better compatibility with non 16:9 resolutions (e.g. shelf edge)
- Logs: it is possible to send the status screen content separately from a screenshot
- Stability: various stability improvements for 24/7 operation
- Stability: fix ANR on rooted devices
- Video: fallback to software decoding when the device hardware decoder is in error state
- Widget: display tags are available inside web based widgets
(xiboIC.get('displayTags'); - Widget: when new data is received by the app, it will notify currently playing widgets so they can update themselves
