Hi everyone,

We have just released our latest Xibo for Android release. This release comes with two enhancements and two fixes.

Enhancements

  • SSP: Improved request rate for ads leading to a more reliable ad delivery percentage

  • XMR: Connect to XMR via a WebSocket on CMS instances of 4.2 and later

Issues

  • Commands: Fix the error ‘class com.google.common.reflect.TypeToken isn’t parameterized’ which causes Commands and Display Tags not to function

  • Logs: Fix the error ‘SQLLite: Attempt to re-open an already-closed object’ which occurs when some devices go into standby mode

If you have a white label build of the application, the upgrade is available in the White Label section of your My Account dashboard.

Hello!
A suggestion:
For those with White Label (like me), it would be great to have options to replace the new assets in this new XFA view.

  • Change the button colors

  • Change the image on the CMS connection screen

Another thing that would be even more useful:
Being able to choose which keys/buttons will trigger the settings. For example:

  • Key “i” – Status screen

  • Key “c” – CMS connection

  • Etc.

This should be customizable for those who have the White Label.
Is this possible?
