Xibo Display Not Updating on Firestick Despite Changes and Scheduling

Hi !

I use Xibo to display content on 2 Firestick. I’ve changed all the layouts, deleted old schedules and added new ones, but the old content still displays on one of my TVs. Even though I’ve deleted everything, it only works for one screen. When I check the status of my screen that’s not working, there’s nothing in “Layout”, whereas on my working screen all my slides are in “Layout” (see screenshot), while everything is published and programmed. Do you know what could be causing this problem?

Could I please have some help?

I still haven’t managed to solve my problem… Unfortunately, I may not be able to continue my Xibo subscription if I still can’t display my layouts on several firesticks. I took out this subscription to display on several TVs.
