I just wondering if I buy a TV with android OS function, is it possible to get it work. At the moment, we running on windows client. I do not mind to buy license though.

Android TV is not an officially supported Platform. Because of this, we cannot guarantee performance when using Android TV.
Below is a link to our recommended Android Hardware Guide, which contains a list of devices that have been officially tested.
As you mentioned, you will also need to purchase an Android License to use the app for longer than the 14 day trial. I have also included a link to the Xibo store where you can purchase the License.
