Xibo Android TV or Android Player

Hi,
We consider to use some Android TV for our Xibo client. Our first decision was a TV with android player (like DSDevices, Minix). But, we saw some TV-s with android integrated, with Kitkat 4.4.2, 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. The prices of these tv-s are very acceptable. What do you think about them?
Another question... Is it enough for Xibo a quad core device with 1GB RAM and 8gb internal storage?

1GB RAM can be not enough these days, although it will also depend on what kind of content you will to display on them.
