Issue
Trying to upgrade Xampp as the version I am using has vulnerabilities and the organisation needs to update it. Tried updating to the latest version and upgrading the database but xibo would no longer load so had to roll back to xampp 3.2.4 (Control panel version). The page just says it would not load.
How can I successfully upgrade xampp to solve the apache vulnerability issue and potentially upgrade xibo as well?
Is there any guides out there to help such upgrades that are quite step to step?
Provide screenshots where possible!
