I would like to request to add media expiry date as part of media properties. This will bring lots of flexibility to management where we can put media in layout with expiry date set and player stop playing that media upon expiry date.
This is already coming in 2.0. You’ll be able to set a start and finish date/time on a media item in a Playlist. I don’t believe it will be a property of the media item, but of it’s allocation to a playlist however.
