Can you please share a screenshot of the CMS>logs for that Display. You can filter the logs by Display by going to CMS> Logs> change the duration at the top in Interval and in Duration back as it is set by default to 120 sec and you might need to see errors further back > then go to the advanced tab and filter by Display Name.
Can you take a look in task manager and see if you have any Cef Sub Processes listed?
Nothing really obvious comes to mind here - the Player appears to still be responsive if you can get to the status window, memory doesn’t appear to be expanding - its just that the Widgets aren’t rendered.
Do you have a background image?
In the black spaces, can you right click - do you get a browser menu?
The logs which might be useful are the Player logs when audit log level switched on. You can get these from the CMS or via setting a log file location for the player.
Dont have any logs yet, but wanted to let know that we have similar issues, on multiple players. Region just empty, sometimes it will be shown later, and sometimes stays empty.
This would be really interesting to have answered if anyone is able to do that? If you get a right click menu, then the browser is there are just isnt displaying anything, no right click menu means it isnt there at all.
