Why video is only playing in middle of region only?

i have used the latest version of cms and window client from xibo.org.uk.i have converted the ppt to mp4 and wants to play the video in a single region but it only plays in a center part of region only why is that??? i want to play in full region. any solution plz…

Videos will be scaled to fit the region automatically, but they will always maintain aspect ratio. So if your video is 4:3 format and your TV is 16:9 then the video will fill the height of the TV but will have black bars down the sides.

For the video to fill the screen you’d need your original PowerPoint to be 16:9 aspect ratio (in this example) and then it would fit.
