Wheather Module for CMS 2.3.5

I have installed the docker version of the CMS to 2.3.5 while trying to set up the weather as instructed on the module page i see that on my Administration->Modules there is no weather module or forecast module or openweathermap module.
How can i install the module on the CMS any ideas?
