What are the dataset content limits?

Issue

Displaying a dataset, the layout has row limits set to “0” (eg: no limit), The dataset currently has 690 rows. A number of rows are not displaying. I have confirmed that the data in those rows does not have any errors, such as extra spaces or anything that would throw a red warning. The error log does not record any errors.

This leads to me to ask: Is there a system limitation to displaying a dataset? Or, is there some other consideration I may have overlooked?
