In line with our plans to complete the migration from One Call API 2.5 to One Call API 3.0 access to One Call API 2.5 has been finally closed in June 2024.

You have already sent the answer you are looking for.
You will need to change the call request from 2.5 to 3.0. As said, 2.5 stopped working.
You will need a new API key for this.
And I also strongly recommend updating your CMS to the latest version, as it is no longer possible to make API calls to OpenWheater in version 2.5

I signed up for the 3.0 APi, but it’s pay. Luckily we only get the weather every 15 minutes, so we shouldn’t get billed.
