Issue
Hi there, we are currently experiencing an issue where the weather widget does not work with any location in the southern hemisphere, which impacts us given our sites are in Australia.
We have tried setting the CMS default location, setting each individual device’s location, and even setting the location individually for each widget, but none of them seem to work. The issue is that if we enter a negative value for the latitude which is required for our locations, the weather widget will fail to get the results and either display an error message or will show the weather for the location with the positive value of our latitude.
We have tried all sorts of different coordinates, but none seem to work, we have also tried to find a solution online, but there doesn’t seem to be one.
