Windows Client version: v2R258
layout content: single region with image and videos in stretch mode
Resolution of layout: 1920 horizontal width and 1080 vertical height
Active LED display is vertical with resolution of 896 vertical height by 512 horizontal width
Windows OS: windows 10 Home version 1809 build: 17763.1577
During this test, the images get displayed as desired but when playing videos it just shows black screen.
The image of the log is attached when this happens.
Test 2
Everything kept same as test 2 except now instead of the Active LED display, the player was connected to a normal tv (horizontal)
The images and videos both are playing perfectly fine.
Bottom line is
1.Video not getting played when connected to Active led
2. Video is getting played only when connected to normal tv
Guidance required
Any help is really appreciated if someone can guide on what could be the solution. That is how to make videos play when connected to Active Led display.
