Video Transition Effect does not work for me

Hello

I added some videos in region timeline and set fade in and out transition but can not see any effect.
Can you please help me.

Is that with the Windows Player? Transitions are only supported on the Android Player at the moment.

The duration of the transition effect is in milliseconds. What duration have you put?

Sadly this may or may not work depending on the device you are using - videos are a “special” case as they are rendered using hardware acceleration (they would struggle to actually play otherwise). Unfortunately this means that most devices won’t be able to animate them.

I appreciate its bad news, we are looking into possible solutions but we don’t have anything concrete at present.
