Issue

Playing some 1080p MP4 videos on a 4k TV. Performance monitoring “seems” ok with RAM hovering in the 75-78% area and CPU reading as 65 or lower, however all the videos have a very slight stutter such that they end up seeming like they are playing at reduced speed, however, the audio sounds fine and is in sync.

Thoughts/Recommendations?

Is the resolution also in 4K ?
Higher resolution means more bandwith with HDMI, you need to have a HDMI 2.0 cable otherwise the stutter can happen.

I’m fairly sure we used cables that came with the TVs, but I’ll look into that, thanks.
