Video layouts issue

I was having issue when i play video in preview is portrait but play in client player is landscape. please Help.

If you are using Windows player, could you tell me how the video plays when you open it in Windows Media Player?

Thanks for your reply, Btw i no need to play that kind of video anymore. all the video im going to play is full HD . should be no issue.
