I have a layout with 4K video to be played through Xibo for Android. What is very strange is that the layout plays the first time (video is 3 min) and then when it will be repeated it is not displayed anymore and in the status it gives the error in the screenshot attached. All help is appreciated.
Hi, have you got Multiple Decoders set to On in your Display Settings? If so try switching this to off and see if that resolves your issue. There is also this helpful FAQ which you may find helpful to try and troubleshoot:
If that does not help you then being a Xibo for Android customer, please do open a ticket with our help desk so they can assist you with this.
Thanks Natasha, turning off multipel decoders solved the problem.
