Very sudden - no longer showing layouts on screens

I have (5) Samsung QM55B-T TV’s with Tizen.
Everything has been working for weeks. Then suddenly, mid-morning today, they started showing the basic “blue box” about digital signage and the date and time. After a while, then the screens just went black.
I rebooted the TV’s and they started the proper playlist. But then after a single run, went back to the black screen. (almost as if it was a cached version of playlist??)

All the playlists, layouts, and schedules appear correct. And viewing the previews online all show correctly.

I looked at the displays and a couple are showing the following error

The particular layout I’m using for holding\presenting the playlist is Layout #53. So I don’t know the reference to 157.

Any suggestions?

Display status and their error messages

I’ve made a little progress. Out of my (5) kiosk devices, I was able to get (4) working again. It took me to un-authorize and the devices, wait a little, re-authorize and reboot the devices. They seem to be ok again.

but one kiosk will only show a black screen. oddly it’s showing as connected and the CMS still talks to it. But after rebooting the device, it will play the first 2 slides of the playlist… and then the screen goes black. The screen is working, but the on-deivce status will show that the app stops just before it’s first heartbeat check-in

Maybe try a factory reset on TizenTV and reinstall Xibo.
